Hi! My name is Nikkei. My fitness journey began as a way to heal both my body and mind. After facing the challenges of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) which later evolved into autoimmune disorder symptoms, I discovered just how powerful movement and nutrition can be. By focusing on the fundamentals of health, I turned things around, losing over 70 pounds, becoming symptom-free, and developing confidence in all areas of my life. I’m passionate about inspiring others and showing my clients that they can achieve their goals + more! Your mind is your most powerful tool. Use it!
